I’ve led complex initiatives ranging from SIEM/XDR implementations and Zero Trust architectures to vulnerability management programs, always ensuring alignment with frameworks like DORA, NIS2, and ISO 27001.

Whether I’m guiding a global manufacturing plant through secure operations or helping an IT department comply with international standards, my approach is both structured and adaptable. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and seasoned speaker, I’m passionate about demystifying cybersecurity. I regularly train and mentor security teams at various levels, ensuring they not only understand the technology but can apply it effectively in real-world scenarios. My aim is to show that cybersecurity is not just a defensive measure; it’s a strategic driver for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Outside of my professional life, I’m based near Rotterdam and love embracing the local can-do mentality. After becoming a father in 2024, I shifted to part-time work to spend more time with my family, explore nature, and stay energized—whether I’m walking my dog, cycling, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
